Calling

Claritess was born when I was 17.  I was fascinated and troubled by small mom and pop businesses.  I recall wanting to help (in an adult's lingo, consult) with small business owners. My father was self-employed his whole life and struggled mightily at times to keep the business stable. 

The last 20 years have been a semi-conscious march towards developing the business education, experience and acumen and interpersonal skills to legitimately offer small businesses an answer to some of their problems.  That answer is a passionate, experienced and well-educated ME!  I should add successful too! 

I would love an opportunity to share some of the personal and professional successes I have supported others in achieving.

Experience and Education
I am a parent, a businessman, an entrepreneur, a partner, an explorer and a student. I have education and experience to help the individual in transition as well as the senior executive or business owner looking for something more out of their work or team or strategy.

My coaching skills complement what I have to add on evolving or reinventing business models, leading change among small teams of employees and creating and living vision – personally and professionally.

A Bit More Background

Some of the things I value most include: possibility, authenticity, humility, parenting, freedom, fun, variety and balance. My fulfillment and yes, challenge, is to live congruently with these and other values. Parent according to them; serve according to them; observe according to them; contribute according to them.
