The Possibilitation Model has its roots in my life experience especially in business and is further guided by the International Coaches Federation Coaching Competencies Model and Coaches Training Institute’s Co-Active Coaching Model. Seeking and seeing possibilities leads to identifying the options, which must lead to choice.

• Choosing, with resolve, commitment and accountability, from the options

Small Business Possibilitation
Small businesses uniquely struggle with having more possibilities, strategies and areas of focus then the owner/management team can act upon. The focus of my work with small business owners and management teams focuses on prioritizing the possibilities against sound and sustainable strategy. I get into the details in such a way that you feel like you have a partner in the business without having to relinquish equity. On top of that benefit, my engagements with small businesses balance fees between time and pay for performance.

Individual Possibilitation
Whether a corporate executive, politician, parent, small business owner or employee, Possibilitation in this context is very personal and focuses on your whole life – all of the areas that compete for your ambition, your energy, you dreams and your intention.

Corporate Possibilitation
Corporations are large social organisms that demand much of their participants – and particularly their leaders. Possibilitation in this environment works with an individual leader or a management team to facilitate change in their business and/or themselves, ideate new directions and prioritize the possibilities backed with actionable and practical strategic and tactical plans.
